1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing paysgrow.com, contacting us over call or WhatsApp, or transacting at our counter, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law. If you are transacting on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

3. Description of services

PayGrow facilitates recharges and bill payments — including mobile prepaid recharges, DTH, FASTag, credit card bills, electricity, water, education fees, and GST challan payments — on your behalf, via our website, phone, or WhatsApp, and settles them with the respective service provider or biller.

• We act as a payment facilitator between you and the biller/service provider; we do not control the biller's own systems, tariffs, or service delivery.
• Amounts, plans, and biller details you share with us are used solely to complete the requested transaction.
• Processing times may vary depending on the biller's system and are typically completed within minutes, though some billers may take longer.

4. Account & registration

Some features, including the merchant portal at merchant.paysgrow.com, require registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

5. Payments & third-party billers

You must provide accurate account numbers, biller references, and amounts. PayGrow is not responsible for failed or delayed transactions caused by incorrect details provided by you, or by outages or errors on the biller's end. We will confirm the exact due amount with you before any payment is processed.

6. Your obligations

• Provide true, current, and complete information for every transaction.
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and not to make fraudulent or unauthorised payments.
• Keep your payment receipts and transaction IDs for your own records.

7. Limitation of liability

PayGrow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, service interruptions, or biller-side errors that are outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any single transaction is limited to the value of that transaction.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or refuse service where we suspect fraud, misuse, or a violation of these terms, with or without prior notice, to protect our systems and other customers.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the PayGrow name, logo, layout, and text — belongs to ASNR Dynamics Solutions and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
